DELIVERY METHODS AND COSTS

The shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, what time you make your purchase and item availability.

At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, the cost and the delivery date of your order.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES EXCLUDING USA & AUSTRALIA 

For orders the following charges apply:

Europe: 35€ Standard 3-5 days    Express 45€ (1-2 days)

 All international orders, including to the European Union, are shipped with direct duties paid.

When placing your order, please ensure all billing and shipping details are correctly provided. Once a delivery has shipped we are unable to re-direct packages and unable to take responsibility for lost packages that have been signed for as being received.

 All prices quoted on the website are in € EUR.

 When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your delivery tracking number.

 Please note that in certain areas of Europe, only a limited range of delivery services is available. 

We will endeavor to dispatch your order as quickly as possible but we cannot be held responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or weather conditions.

 

LOCAL DELIVERΙES 

FREE shipping for standard deliveries in Greece and for orders over 100€.

Delivery of products:

Estimated delivery time varies between 1-5 business days, depending on the delivery address.

Delivery 1-2 business days in & out of Attica (inland).

Delivery 1-2 business days outside of Attica (islands). 

Delivery in 1-3 business days Inaccessible areas.

Please note that deliveries are only on business days, not on Saturdays and Sundays.

 

Coronavirus service update

Deliveries might be slower than normal. For International deliveries, we are following up to date advice from our courier DHL, they have put in place policies for accepting parcels contact-free.
